TJS Policies

The following information is the official rules and regulations for The Jolley Shift LLC. By purchasing any services from The Jolley Shift, you acknowledge these policies and understand that the rules will be applied to all services rendered by The Jolley Shift. Service Policies

For all services, The Jolley Shift requires the customer to send all needed information in typed format to info@thejolleyshift.com. Please ensure that you have high-resolution images for all designing services. For any virtual assistant services, please book a consultation call to learn more.

Refunds

 All services are non-refundable. Please read all of the service information before confirming your purchase. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to booking a service. 

Pricing

Prices are non-negotiable. Please read all of the service information before confirming your purchase. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to booking a service. 

Cancellation

No refunds will be provided in the instance that a service is cancelled; however, credits will be applied to your account that reflects the dollar amount of the service that was booked. You will be able to apply this credit for future services. Please read all of the service information before confirming your purchase. Booking

Prior to booking a service, please complete the form with all accurate information. Payments made through the website must acknowledge the information accompanying the selected service. After completing your purchase, please send all listed information to info@thejolleyshift.com. Please send information at least 48 hours after completing payment. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to booking a service. 

Service Time

By booking a service with The Jolley Shift, you acknowledge that the turnaround time will range from 10-30 business days (this depends solely on the service that is booked). Business days does not include weekends or holidays. The Jolley Shift will contact you via email with any and all updates concerning your project. Please read all of the service information before confirming a service. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to booking a service. 

Abandoned Orders

An order is considered abandoned when there has been no contact from the customer after 30 days of the purchase of a service. The customer will not be credited for the service, will not receive a refund, and cannot utilize the purchased service by any means, The customer will have to complete a new order. Ghost Policy

Once drafts have been sent to the customer, the customer is responsible to notify The Jolley Shift if any revisions are needed to be made. If the customer has not requested any changes within 72 hours after drafts have been sent, The Jolley Shift finalizes the project. The customer will not be allowed to make any revisions once the allotted revision time has passed. The customer will be required to pay a revision fee in order to make any changes. Rush Fee

By requesting a set deadline for your project to be completed, you must pay a rush fee. The rush fee is an additional $75 to your selected services. If you are interested in an earlier turnaround for your project, please notify us via email at info@thejolleyshift.com. You will be sent an invoice via email to confirm rush fee order. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to booking a service. 

Revisions

 All graphic services are accompanied with a total of 3 revisions (if requested in the allotted time frame). If the customer requests a completely new design, the customer will be required to pay a new design fee. Please read all of the service information before confirming your purchase. Freestyle Policy

If the customer requests for The Jolley Shift to have complete creative control for their project, the customer must provide The Jolley Shift with a color palette and inspiration for creative direction.
