About the Role
Getting hired has never been so easy! The job is yours once you complete the following steps!
1) After receiving your information, you will receive a unique link to complete your Employee Profile.
2) Once your profile is completed and your information has been reviewed, a link will be sent via email to complete your paperwork. These are 1099 contractor positions.
3) After all the necessary documents have been signed, an assessment will be assigned to you. We recommend setting aside roughly 90 minutes in a quiet space to complete this assessment.
4) A background check is required. We do not cover this fee at this time.
5) Once the assessment and background check has been completed and approved, you are officially a WFH agent.
6) Lastly, your official kick-off meeting will be scheduled so that we can find positions that fit your passion!
Requirements
All applicants must have a hard-wired computer connected to an ethernet cable and a headset. The following are the PC and equipment requirements.
CPU Speed: Intel I class (minimum) or AMD APU class (minimum) that is clocked at Dual-core 1.4 GHz or more. [Note: Atom, ARM, Celeron, Pentium, and Operton processors are not supported. Examples: Microsoft Surface PCs and Chrome OS-based PCs are not supported.]
Hard Drive: 20 GB or more of available space and 60 GB or more of total space (minimum). 30 GB or more of available space and 60 GB or more of total space is recommended.
Memory: 4GB of RAM (minimum). 8GB of RAM is recommended
Operating System: Windows 10 (minimum). Windows 11 is recommended.
Standard Connection and Speed: Hard-wired connection (No wireless), minimum 10 mbps download/ minimum 3 mbps upload (minimum). Hard-wired connection (No wireless), minimum 30 mbps download/ 10 mbps upload is recommended.
Maximum Latency Threshold:120 milliseconds (minimum). 50 milliseconds is recommended.
Monitor Recommendations: 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution (minimum). 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p) is recommended.
Dual Monitor Capability: This may be required for some programs. Dual monitor capability is recommended.
USB 3.0 Port: Required to be used with USB headsets and flash drives.
